📌 At about 9 pm Kyiv time on April 11, Russian occupation forces used a poisonous substance of unknown origin against Ukrainian military and civilians in Mariupol. The substance was dropped from an UAV. The victims have respiratory failure, vestibulo-atactic syndrome. The consequences of using an unknown substance are being clarified. This was reported by the Azov Regiment.

📌 More than 525 children were injured in the armed invasion of Russia. 183 children died and more than 342 were injured. In Vorzel there was found a body of a 15-year-old boy with gunshot wounds. As a result of the shelling of the village of Rozvazhiv, Vyshhorod district, Kyiv region, two boys aged 12 and 14 died of injuries. In Borodyanka, Kyiv region, a family with a 5-year-old child died as a result of the shelling. Their bodies have just been discovered.

📌As a result of the shelling of Balakliya in Kharkiv region on April 10, there are dead, including a child. This was reported in the Izyum district state administration. The exact number of casualties is being clarified.

📌Russians hit two houses and a private clinic in Severodonetsk, the city’s infrastructure is almost completely destroyed.

📌 Russian troops are trying to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near the city of Izyum.

📌 Russia continues the siege and assault on the city of Mariupol in order to establish full control over the city. With the support of artillery and aircraft, the Russian occupiers continue to attack the areas of the Azovstal plant and the seaport.

On the territory of the Mariupol Sea Commercial Port, members of the crew and the wife of the captain of the SMARTA ship under the Liberian flag, were captured and taken away in an unknown direction by the Russian military. According to preliminary data, they were taken in the direction of the temporarily occupied Donetsk. 18 people are citizens of Ukraine, 1 – a citizen of Egypt. There is no connection with the crew and the captain’s wife. Before capturing the sailors, Russian troops fired on the ship.

📌 As a result of Russian attacks, more than 1,600 high-rise residential buildings have been destroyed or damaged in Kharkiv.

📌About two-thirds of Ukrainian children have been forced to flee their home due to Russia’s military invasion, UNICEF reports. At the same time, half of these children may face food shortages.

RUSSIAN CONTEXT

⚠️ Russia does not plan to suspend hostilities on the territory of Ukraine for the negotiations, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said in an interview for Russian television.

⚠️ The “DNP (Donetsk People’s Republic” has declared the OSCE SMM’s activities on its territory illegal and states that representatives of the Mission must leave the territory of the pseudo-republic by 30 April.

⚠️ Provocative actions are expected to be carried out by the Russian Armed Forces in the Transnistrian region of the Republic of Moldova in order to accuse Ukraine of aggression against a neighboring state.

DEFENSE UPDATES

📌 On April 10, 13 air targets were hit by units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine: 3 planes, 1 helicopter, 5 UAVs and 4 cruise missiles.

📌 Over the past three days, road workers have cleared 67 kilometers of the Kyiv-Chop international highway. After all security measures, the Kyiv-Zhytomyr route will be opened.

President Volodymyr Zelensky’s daily statements 

📌 On April 11, President Zelensky addressed the South Korean parliament: “For 47 days, Ukraine has been defending itself from the entire Russian army, fromits most capable units.
