SITUATION IN TRANSNISTRIA

⚠️ In unrecognized Transnistria, the families of Russian officers are being prepared for evacuation – the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

⚠️ The Russians are artificially inflating the situation in Transnistria. This creates zones of instability near the Ukrainian border and the appearance of the threat of attack by Russian and pro-Russian armed groups from Transnistria.

RUSSIAN CONTEXT

⚠️ The other day, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in an interview: “Zelensky puts forward an argument: what kind of Nazism can they have if he is a Jew? I could be wrong, but Hitler also had Jewish blood. It means absolutely nothing. The wise Jewish people say that the most ardent anti-Semites are, as a rule, Jews: “There’s black sheep in the family,” as we say.”

Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid demanded an apology for Lavrov’s words that Hitler could be a Jew. And in response, the Russian Foreign Ministry stated that the Israeli authorities support the “neo-Nazi regime in Kyiv.”

⚠️ The Russian Federation is considering the possibility of including the occupied territories of southern Ukraine in the temporarily occupied Crimea and their further integration into Russia. The development of a corresponding plan with a deadline of at least 2030 was announced on May 1 by the adviser to the so-called “head” of Crimea on information policy.

⚠️ According to Ukrainian intelligence, Russia is preparing to announce an open mobilization on May 9, – Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov.

⚠️ In Russia, there is a campaign to recruit “volunteers” – 200 fighters a week from each federal district, except Moscow – Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

Currently, the main focus of the Russian agitators is on recruiting “volunteers” from among the Russian “Cossacks” in the Rostov region and the Krasnodar Territory. The focus is also on citizens who have lost their jobs as a result of international sanctions and former servicemen living in other post-Soviet countries.

⚠️ A sudden check of the forces and readiness of personnel to respond quickly to possible crises has begun in the Belarusian Armed Forces, the Belarusian Defense Ministry said.

⚠️ A public campaign is being held in Moscow calling for the “denazification” of Sweden. This was reported by Anonymous.

“In Moscow, people are publicly circulating calls for the ‘denazification’ of Sweden. Now Russia intends to terrorize Sweden so much with the suffering of Ukraine or a nuclear holocaust for them to abandon the idea of joining NATO”, reads the statement.
